Established over 15 years ago I rescued my 1st Siberian Husky...and the saying "Huskies are like Potato Chips, you can't stop at having just one".
My small family run Kennel consists of 4 Siberian Huskies & 2 Alaskan Malamutes. Our dogs are our extended family first and foremost. But they are also our exercise partners and family entertainment....when you have a house filled with 6 dogs and 2 kids, it's never a dull moment.
Our dogs are working dogs, that have all earned their Canine Good Citizenship Awards. We hike,bike,scooter,rollerblade,snowboard, and sled with our pack. All of our dogs are welcome indoors/outdoors. When we have planned breedings we have all of our Dam's whelp their pups in the comforts of our home in custom made Whelping boxes. The pups are handled immediatly by my entire family, and are socialized amongst the other dogs in our pack from day one. All pups are placed with carefully screened applicants to ensure it's a perfect fit for both pup & new owner.
We are an active duty military family, therefore we don't have perminant roots in one place just yet. It's a major commitment to buy/sell each of our homes and pack up 6 dogs & 2 kids to relocate to a new state every 3-4 years. We're originally from California, but we've also lived in North Carolina for 3 years, and now for the next 3-6 years we'll be living in Washington to complete current orders. Once my spouse retires out of the service we intend on purchasing a larger piece of property to build a larger advanced facility to accomodate our furry lifestyle.
